I had been trying to find that perfect place on my own and found it overwhelming. A friend recommended Isaiah to me to work with. Armed with Isaiah's knowledge and patience, we took on the city. With access to his database, it made the process so much easier to decide which places were worth short listing. Isaiah and I shared a list we could both add and view listings together. It was fruitless! Apartments were gone practically immediately. After a few months and lots of frustration, we tried a broker. Everything she showed was through open houses with lots of interest and competition. This meant she wanted us available all the time for showings and the apartments were going well above ask. It was exhausting. After 6 wasted weeks with her, I connected with Isaiah and the process was instantly EASY and FUN!
